18 Photos of Moms Giving Birth With Their Moms

Becoming a mom is a pivotal part of a woman's life.

If you are a woman and have children, no matter how they were acquired

- birth, adoption, fostering, c-section, home birth, surrogacy, IVF, medicated, unmedicated, in the water, in a barn, whatever -

You've got the title of MOM, and that my friends, is a big deal!

You get to help shape a child's future, nurture them, care for them, and all around love them.

You know what can bring that all full circle?

Being with YOUR mom during the moment you become a mom yourself.

So, in honor of Mother's Day, here's a collection of photos showcasing MOMS WITH MOMS captured by Birth United photographers.

bridgetmassa.com This baby, like her child before, came fast. Mom went from 5m to holding baby in 45 minutes. Every one in the room rallied around mom, as she breathed deeply and knew it was time to start pushing. This was their third child, but the first birth that her military husband was able to be present for. Her mom was there for the birth of all three of her grandbabies. Mom needed both of them there and it was beautiful to witness their strong and supportive love.
